2023 Refund Policy

We don't want your money if you're not going to be there, but with an event of this size we have to commit to numbers and pay for them at a certain point. Here is what we are able to do for refunds.

CANCEL BY AUG. 9

We can refund 96% of what you paid. Unfortunately the CC processing fees are non-refundable.

CANCEL BETWEEN AUG. 10 and OCT. 5

We can refund ALL of your hotel costs and then 50% of the remainder of your package. See the room refund chart below if you like doing math.

CANCEL BETWEEN OCT. 6 AND NOV. 3

We can only refund the hotel costs from your package.* The amounts that would be refunded for each night are shown below. Double occupancy registrations would receive 50% of each night back.



TRANSFER

You also have the option to transfer your entire registration to a friend from your date of purchase until OCT. 5.

SELL TO WAITLIST

Lastly, if we are sold out and have a wait list, we will sell unwanted packages to the wait listers at face value. If we are able to sell your package, you will get a kinda full refund (96% back). Unwanted packages will be sold in the order in which we were notified of them.
